Who We Are

Level was established in 2014 by Alex Salihin as a top personal-training-based gym and yoga studio. The focus of the facility is in providing our clients with functional fitness (strength, mobility, performance), yoga, wellness, physiotherapy (rehab), and classes and workshops.

Level currently operates out of two branches – Telok Ayer (first branch) and Ann Siang. The former is focused on fitness and rehab services; the latter is a wellness studio for Yoga, Pilates,  Reiki, and Barre.

What We Do

Our vision is to be Singapore’s best fitness gym and wellness studio in Singapore, providing our clients with top quality trainers, health services, workshops, and community events.

At Level, our four guiding principles are exercise, yoga, nutrition, and restoration. We believe that fitness and wellness are meant to be paired together to bring about a holistic and complementary approach to health. Our range of services and products reflect this commitment.

What are your goals?

Weight Loss / Muscle Gain

Weight loss and/or lean muscle gain goals fall under “body recomposition” – the sports science of changing a body’s ratio and percentages of bodyfat and lean muscle mass. The fitness market (including the online coaching) is saturated with different packages or programs; Level instead provides our clients with a customized personal program by trainers who are sports athletes themselves – knowledgeable and certified in body recomposition programs. It typically takes an average of 10 to 12 weeks of regular training and sensible nutrition to reach one’s goals.

Functional Fitness / Strength / Performance

Individuals who align themselves with this goal will want to translate their training into real-life activities, outdoor recreational activities, or sports performance (agility, power, speed, endurance). Clients can either choose a one-on-one training with a sports performance Level trainer, attend our HIIT fitness classes and bootcamp sessions, or both.

Yoga / Pilates / Reiki / Barre

For clients who prefer low-impact fitness or wish to build their fitness through yoga and wellness, Level established a branch solely dedicated to yoga and fitness. Fitted with two studios, Level focuses on keeping the instructor-to-student ratios low. Our clients enjoy a more intimate ambience for the class, and our instructors enjoy the capacity to provide each student with a closer guidance. Low-impact exercises like yoga and Pilates will build a strong core and improve flexibility. Our other classes like Reiki and meditation complete our wellness services – providing classes that will bring about relaxation and recovery to address stress and tension throughout the week.

Physiotherapy / Rehab

Injuries, tightness, pain, or discomfort in your body can and will occur at some point. Some of them are due to the nature of our jobs (e.g. desk-bound work); some are from poor postural habits; some from intense training. Whichever the cause, Level provides rehabilitation and recovery services for our clients.
