GENERAL PHYSICAL PREPAREDNESS (GPP)
This is a class that introduces loads like dumbbells and kettlebells into a high intensity circuit, while improving strength
through classic lifts such as the Squat, Deadlift and Press.
A full body circuit aimed to strengthen, tone and get you moving. This class gets you in and out in 30 minutes. Just in time for a quick lunch before you’re back to work.
Move is a faster paced class that allows you to flow from posture to posture. This is a higher intensity class, so expect to
challenge and energise yourself through the practice of movement to get your body and mind moving.
Restore is a slower paced class that may include a combination of slow movements, a restorative and yin inspired
postures. Restore classes allow you to wind down, relax and reflect amidst the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
Ground is a medium intensity class that may include more static poses designed to give you the time to connect your breath. This is a ‘go to’ class for students of all levels to progress mindfully in their practice through the focus of alignment of poses.
