BARBELL CLUB

riodic program cycles targeting the Snatch, Clean and Jerk.

METCON 60

This is a class that incorporates dumbbells and kettlebells into structural and compound exercises aimed at maximizing efficiency and metabolic rate, while also improving strength through classic lifts.

MIDDAY MADNESS

A full body circuit aimed to strengthen, tone and get you moving. This class gets you in and out in 30 minutes. Just in time for a quick lunch before you’re back to work.

RISE & SWEAT

In only 30 mins hit your whole body with functional movements using your bodyweight, kettlebell and dumbbell exercises to lose fat and gain muscle. This maximum calorie burn will boost your metabolism and kickstart your way to a leaner,stronger YOU!

Get your heart racing and adrenalin pumping with our signature 45‐minute high intensity training class. With a focus on pushing your body to its limits,you’ll leave this class never feeling the same again.

YOGA

MOVE

Move is a faster paced class that allows you to flow from posture to posture. This is a higher intensity class, so expect to
challenge and energise yourself through the practice of movement to get your body and mind moving.

RESTORE

Restore is a slower paced class that may include a combination of slow movements, a restorative and yin inspired
postures. Restore classes allow you to wind down, relax and reflect amidst the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

GROUND

Ground is a medium intensity class that may include more static poses designed to give you the time to connect your breath. This is a ‘go to’ class for students of all levels to progress mindfully in their practice through the focus of alignment of poses.
