Flow: Well rounded vinyasa class that hits all of your basic yoga essentials like standing postures, forward bends, backward bends, hip openers, and the lovely ending rest pose. Little quicker class but still possible for any level. Hatha: 3-5 breaths hold in each posture leaves enough room to balance your mind and body. Expect a theme for each class to learn about through experiencing the poses. All levels suitable and great for beginners. Slow Flow: Slowing down your vinyasa is surprisingly hard because it accesses hidden abilities your body has for stabilization and strength. Come to challenge yourself to be more graceful and fluid, leave with a stronger presence. All Levels Hatha and Meditation: A whole section in this class for Mindfulness and Basic Meditation skills to help you remove stress and tension from your mind. Back Healing Take care of your sore back with this class. Everyone needs a good Back care class even if you don't have pain you can create more harmony between upper and lower body in this class style. All Levels, great for beginners Strong and Stretch: Using a Kettlebell for added weight this is the second exercise and yoga combination class we hold at Level Wellness. Get the best of both classes in one, strength and calm. Express Nervous System Reset: Quick and to the point. This class is great for all of us with fast paced lives. It's ok to have a busy and stimulating lifestyle as long as we take moments to be at ease. Expect breathing techniques, gentle stretching, and easy meditation. Rhythm and Spice: You will see the resemblance between this class and yoga poses but it is really a deep hip opening, core strengthening stretch class. If you don't think working out and stretching deeply is very fun come see what this class is all about! Bring a friend to have fun with! Yin Yoga and Massage: It doesn't get better than this. You do yoga and get massaged with therapeutic grade essential oils and soothing music. Take the release and relax you feel when you go to a great yoga class and times that by a million. No experience needed, just a desire to feel amazing. Limited spots - only 6 students a class. Flexi Express Need to be told to stretch properly because you never hold your stretches long enough? Come to this class and get the stretch your body really needs, it will thank you. You do not need to be flexible to do this class well, if you are not flexible you will get many benefits in this class and the poses will actually be easier for you! Strong and Flexi Express: Just like the Flexi class but with a bit of body weight drills for strength and cardio to warm you up first and incorporate the best of exercise and yoga together.
