Founder and Head Trainer
All Level trainers are experienced and qualified in fitness coaching and programming. Some of our trainers have additional areas of expertise, such as pre- and post-natal fitness, nutrition coaching, Olympic lifting, and powerlifting. These are noted in their profiles.
Level instructors come from various schools of wellness, ranging from yoga to reiki. Some of our instructors also teach recreational fitness like Barre. Level offers personal training sessions for yoga, but most of the instructors run classes at our studios.
