Upon returning to Singapore, Alex discovered a gap in the market for a welcoming training space for clients and trainers alike. He sought to create the best working environment possible, coupled with the highest standards of personal training.  In 2014 Level was born on Telok Ayer Street, and is now home  to some of the city’s best personal trainers.

Alex turns to sprinting and Olympic weightlifting for his own training. When not running Level, he spends his time with his family and indulges in playing music.

Having won multiple State Championships as both a player and a coach, Casey realised the immense satisfaction she felt in helping other people reach their full potential.
