Dan always brings energy to his sessions, thus enabling clients to achieve their goal whilst unwinding during training. After a lifetime spent playing football, the past three years have marked Dan’s transition into the fitness industry – Personal Training in particular.

Having reached the highest performance level on the pitch, representing England, Dan moved on to a new challenge: developing conditioning-based training methods to meet individual needs and athletic levels.
