Krishna is our resident yogi. He has more than a decade of experience across yoga and various fitness activities, and he has a proven track record in treating neck, shoulder, back and other general physical ailments.

Continuously working under the guidance of his spiritual masters, Krishna incorporates elements of yoga, meditation, holistic fitness, pilates, aerobics, and spiritual knowledge in his teaching. He lives by the motto ‘one needs to be physically and mentally fit to achieve anything in life and live a balanced life’.
