Having kickstarted her yoga practice 9 years ago, yoga is no longer simply an asana practice, but rather a way of life for Lin.
Lin ground her practice and teaching in these principles: Being mindful, staying true to yourself, and being conscious of your breath to stay present in the moment.
Through her classes, she hopes to provide a safe space for everyone to explore and enjoy, and to give everyone the time to connect back with themselves.
