Kickstarted her yoga practice 9 years ago, yoga is no longer simply an asana practice, but rather a way of life for Lin.
Being mindful, staying true to yourself, and be conscious of your breath to stay present in the moment lies the foundation of her practice and in her teaching.
Through her classes, she hopes to provide a safe space for everyone to explore and enjoy, and to give everyone the time to connect back with themselves.
