Phil has been a coach for the past seven years and was personally trained by the founder of Level – Alex. Formerly in media sales and leading a really unhealthy, stressful lifestyle, Phil decided that he wanted to change his lifestyle fro the better. He took up the path of becoming a trainer and has since coached hundreds of students through personal training, classes and boot camps. Phil is proficient with group classes and working with clients with injuries.
