Ray is very passionate about nutrition and training. It all started from his rugby days as a teenager, following his dragon boating days.  He is a competitive bodybuilder and powerlifter who believes in multiple training styles to help achieve one’s physique and strength. He believes nutrition is just as important as the training you put in the gym. Ray is a stickler for proper technique and is a big advocate on practicing the right form over simply getting through sloppy workouts. Ray specializes in body transformation programs for both men and women and has helped countless number of clients achieve their fat loss goal. During his free time, he often plays a casual game of soccer, basketball and boxing.
