The practice helped Sarah discover beyond its physical aspects of flexibility, balance and strength. In a world that moves too quickly, yoga is the one constant that grounds her from a crippling anxiety. She teaches hoping to help others find that same calm and awareness she has found – both physically and spiritually, on and off the mat.
With an Anusara teacher training background, Sarah’s classes are alignment-based, focusing on increasing your own body awareness and minimising injury. She strongly believes that yoga is for everyone and anyone, as long as you have the mind to learn and heart to receive.
Off the mat, the home baker measures love in all glorious forms of bread and cake.
