Shu Ting is a certified yoga instructor based in Singapore.

The types of classes that she teaches include Hatha Yoga, Yoga Basics, Yoga Core, Yoga Power, Yoga Stretch, Yin Yoga, Hot Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, “Twist&Open”, Yoga Therapy and Chair Yoga (for office workers, seniors and people with injuries/mobility issues). I have conducted yoga workshops on topics such as Detox and Digestion, Hip Flexibility,Yoga for Slimming, Yoga for Runners, Chair Yoga for the Office, and Yoga Therapy for Climbers.
