Biography

My love for volleyball at such a young age was my first step into the health and fitness world. When I could no longer play competitively, I decided to try coaching, which is where I learned that I really loved being able to teach and share my passion for the game to the next generation of players. Having won multiple State Championships as both a player and a coach, I realised the immense satisfaction I felt in helping other people to reach their full potential. It was easy to see the benefits that Strength and Conditioning have on the players not only on the court, but also in every aspect of their lives: Improved sleep, better grades in school, healthier lifestyles, happier kids. This is what drove me towards a career in this industry. Now as a personal trainer, I enjoy teaching my clients new movements and lifts, taking great pride in them when they master a technique, and encourage their progression towards a healthier and fitter version of themselves. By using my experience as a Neuroleadership Coach, I am able to help my clients change their habits and behaviours that were causing them roadblocks in their fitness journey, and set them on the path towards success! Empowering people to achieve their goals is why I love doing what I do!

Biography

I have been a personal trainer for several years now, and as someone who would never rest upon what others say, I have always tried things out for myself before pushing them on others.

I use my own body to test new training methods, theories and diets before I demand these from others. I want for myself the ability to do whatever I want, at any given moment, thus I need to be strong, mobile and open to new ideas. This is what I teach to others and aim to achieve. My dogma is movement and with that I take all the best bits from all areas of movement, may it be gymnastics or dance.

Specialised training area

My teacher is Ido Portal and I employ his method when training myself as well as clients; it is not for the faint-hearted but it yearns results.

➢ When I train, I want to move as eloquently and efficiently as I can.
➢ The vast majority of my work involves purely bodyweight.

Why would I need to push weights about when I am still trying to learn manipulate my own body?

➢ I love doing whatever movement helps me to be a stronger and better homosapien.
