Client Spotlight: Kaylene
Kaylene’s a familiar face around Level, coming for Skill, Handstand and Movement Classes. We caught up with her after seeing her around for a year, and asked her about her training and herself.
Tell us about yourself! What do you do for work and what physical pursuits make you happy?
I’m an in-house consultant, and part-time yoga teacher. I love anything that makes me stronger physically AND mentally.
How has your training at level helped you in those pursuits?
Level trainers are incredibly skilled – helping me get stronger every session, and they know just the right amount to push – challenging and motivating me to go harder each time.
How long have you been coming to level and what are your favorite classes?
It’s been more than a year! (Happy anniversary Level!) I actually like all the classes because they cater to very different needs – but my recent go-tos are the Skill and Handstand classes.
If you had advice for someone just starting out, what would you tell them?
Don’t be afraid to try, and don’t be shy to ask for help!
