Client Spotlight: KC
We caught up with KC, a long time client of ours, who attributes his newly found outlook on life to the way his training in the gym affects his life outside, and vice versa.
Tell us about yourself!
I am a lawyer and a tennis aficionado. Over the past 15 odd years, I worked at my desk with little time for any decent tennis games, although i had intermittent periods of fitness regimes.
How did you come to the realization that you needed someone to help look at your life?
I recently went back to playing tennis but lacked the strength and the stamina to be consistent with my game. I approached Level, and I was introduced to Jeff, one of their coaches. Jeff curated my personal training program to help me strengthen my legs, my core and my endurance.
Was it just the Tennis?
Jeff’s approach is to look after my long term fitness objectives, but he is also sensitive to other stresses that life throws at me. His flexible approach has kept me coming back for more than 2 years, and in doing so, it’s helped me establish routines to stay healthy physically and mentally.
My tennis game has also improved immeasurably.
