Naddy Shamsur: I Train So I Can Rehab My Knee After Surgery

When Naddy suffered a knee injury that subsequently required surgery, she knew that she needed to tap the expertise of experienced trainers to help her with her rehabilitation. That’s when she made the decision to train at Level.
“I had a knee injury and underwent surgery, and I knew I needed to regain strength and go through rehab for my knee. That’s why I chose to train at Level, as their trainers are experienced in rehab training and I have seen them help other clients with similar injuries.”
For Naddy, this was her first time working with a personal trainer. Although she had attended classes at Level before, the guidance of a dedicated trainer brought a new dimension to her fitness journey.
