Client Spotlight: Shin Hui
Shin Hui came to us to get in shape for her wedding. She gained a whole lot more.
We took a look at her metrics across her 3 months with us and you could say everyone was pretty chuffed. Her body weight dropped at a very reasonable 2 kilograms a month, going from 57.2kg to 52.8kg! This was made better by the fact that her body fat percentage also decreased from 25.5% to 20.1%, in line with the weight loss.
As expected, her Body Mass Index dropped from 21.8 to 19.6.
These were achieved without any crash diets nor extreme food restrictions, so Shin Hui was about to go about her regular activities without a dip in energy. Best of all, she got a whole lot stronger in the process.
Thank you Shin Hui for trusting us and staying committed to the training and diet plan despite your busy schedule!
Shin Hui is one of many who have managed to find that fine line between work and life through the medium of fitness. To experience that for yourself, drop us a line at trial@level.com.sg
