#builtbylevel was an opportunity for individuals to elevate their craft through strength and conditioning.
We took 7 individuals from various backgrounds and designed progressive programs that centred around making them better at what they already did.
They weren’t complete newbies either! Each of them already pursued a career or practice that required an intermediate level of physical strength and conditioning. Despite that, all of them found or developed movement patterns that they could immediately apply to whatever they were doing outside the gym.
