IN-STUDIO AND ONLINE CORPORATE CLASS
We design and customize group programs for corporate clients, including Bootcamps, Spartan Training, HIIT, Strength and Yoga.
Our corporate classes are 60 min long, and are delivered via Zoom.
Rates begin at $150 per hour.
Clients include Lululemon, Xero, Facebook, Apple, Adyen.

“Level HIIT is a core killer in a good way!”
The music was blasting so it rly helped put us in the mood despite working out from different places (home). Erik demonstrates the move before we start and does it slowly so we can catch it, and also checks in on us very frequently during the work out to make sure we are doing it correctly. He motivated us throughout the workout too.

“For Level Yoga, Shu Ting’s instructions are clear, she gives them before she does the move so we don’t have to keep watching her and focus on the right movement instead. “
I like how Shu Ting always joins at least 5 mins earlier than start time, she spends at least the first 10 mins with warm ups and doesn’t rush through, she frequently checks in on us to ensure our form is right. She also gives specific instructions such as telling us how and which muscle should feel the stretch, it helps us to keep in mind so we can adjust our stance accordingly. She openly asked for feedback and focus areas the next class.
