We have clients coming in with shoulder injuries, ACL/MCL tears, slipped discs, torn ligaments, broken bones and other injuries – some having just undergone surgery.
Our onsite physiotherapists and osteopaths can help you rehabilitate your injury
Our on-site therapy and rehabilitation partner, Edge Healthcare, offers onsite physiotherapists and osteopaths who can diagnose, treat and develop a plan to rehabilitate your injury.
With full access to our gym and our gym equipment, they can devise a simple plan with exercises and functional movement training to help improve your mobility and ease pain.
Rebuild muscle and strength with an experienced, qualified coach you can trust
Once you have completed your rehabilitation treatment with your therapist, our coaches can develop a programme to help you gain muscle, regain strength and rebuild confidence.
Our coaches are trained in physiology and rehabilitation and have experience working with clients with injuries. Many are ex-athletes who have been through injuries themselves.
Working with an experienced coach who knows how to push you within your limits, while keeping you safe, can prevent your injury from worsening.

Personal Training rates begin at $130 per session for 1-on-1 sessions.
Couple training and small group training options are also available.

COMPLIMENTARY PERSONAL TRAINING SESSION
During your first personal training session, your coach will go through a fitness and lifestyle assessment, to understand your current fitness level, health conditions, injuries, nutrition and other lifestyle factors.
If you decide to embark on your fitness journey with us, all our personal training clients get an individualised training program along with nutrition and lifestyle suggestions.

While a personal training coach may and should not diagnose your injuries, they can guide you post surgery and rehabilitation. A good coach can help you get back on track with an individualised program catered to your goals and needs.
Motoko suffered a shoulder injury as the result of a miscalculated adjustment during yoga. After surgery, she started training at Level to rehab her shoulder and regain her strength.

I had undergone a spinal fusion surgery 10 years ago. Ever since, I have been struggling with the pain everyday – even laying flat on a yoga mat hurts.
