After several years in the Singapore Armed Forces, Alex decided to take a step out of his comfort zone and into the world of fitness. He moved to Seattle, Washington, where he further developed his coaching skills and business acumen.
Alex moved back to Singapore in 2010 and upon realization of a gap in the market, he sought to create a welcoming and accessible training space with the highest standards of personal training.
Along with personal training and pushing others to achieve their personal goals, he is also proficient in sprinting and Olympic weightlifting.

I had approached Alex with severe lower back and neck problems. Over a 3 month period, Alex worked closely with my condition to develop a bespoke training and strengthening program to suit my needs. In 3 months, I was able to begin a regular running and weight lifting schedule with no pain. He also advised on a regular training plan which I could use in any gym (including while travelling) to ensure my back problems do not recur.
