Christine is a personal trainer specialising in Strength & Conditioning and CrossFit. Inspired by the strong female fitness instructors at her gym, she began training during her early corporate career and developed a consistent training routine in 2019. What started as a personal goal to become stronger has since grown into a passion for helping others unlock their own potential through fitness.

With over six years of coaching experience, Christine has worked as a CrossFit coach and Strength & Conditioning trainer. Since 2020, she has coached at multiple studios before expanding into personal training and coaching within the CrossFit community, helping clients of all fitness levels build strength, confidence, and resilience.

As a coach, Christine believes that consistency and purposeful training are the foundations of long-term progress. She encourages her clients to train with clear goals, whether that’s improving strength, preparing for a race or competition, or simply becoming fitter and healthier. Her coaching focuses on creating sustainable habits while continuously challenging clients to grow both physically and mentally.

Her philosophy: If it doesn’t challenge you, it won’t change you. Train with intention, embrace the process, and never stop growing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Biomedical Engineering
• Certified CrossFit Level 1 Trainer
• Certified Personal Trainer – National Council on Strength & Fitness (NCSF)
• CPR/ AED certified
