Douglas’ strong passion for sports began with his background as a competitive dragon boater. He then embarked on his weightlifting journey and has an extensive experience with sports.

A few months ago, I decided to get back to working out after a few years of total inactivity. At 52, and after a number of failed attempts, I was lucky to meet Douglas, who has done a terrific job helping me in reaching my goals.
