“I hiked the Himalayas with Jeff for 14 days straight and climbed up to 5,800m pain free.”

I always love hiking, however, due to my crazy flight schedule and my desk bound job, I developed lower back problems over the recent years. Jeff and I were thinking of a fun and challenging goal to achieve, and we decided to hike the majestic Himalayas mountains together. In preparation for that, our training sessions mainly focused on basic mobility, strengthening of muscle groups that helps to elevate my lower back problems and basic aerobic conditioning. It was quite an accomplishment and an amazing experience. I am definitely looking forward to my next hike with Jeff.

Great personal training gym in the CDB. Trainers are knowledgeable and flexible to meet your needs. The gym itself is great, lots of equipment and space.
