His own fitness journey started when he wanted to get stronger and better at badminton, a sport that he played competitively.

  • Bachelor of Science (Exercise & Sports Science)
  • Australian Strength & Conditioning Association Level 1
  • 5 years of experience as a Personal Trainer (since 2014)
