Phil describes himself as “previously an obese sales guy from Mediacorp who wanted to change my life for good”. A friend introduced him to the world of personal training in 2011 and it has been 10 years since he joined the fitness industry. He wants his clients to feel empowered – to know they have the power to improve their health through consistent exercise. He specialises in training men above 40 yrs of age, working in the office, with kids as he relates best to them.
