She is Strong is an empowering and supportive programme that will help you achieve your fitness goals while addressing your unique female-specific concerns. The programme is led by Coach Krystle, along with Coaches Erin, Shannon, and Hadrian.
Programme Highlights:
- Strength Training Foundations: Build confidence and strength as you learn essential movements and techniques. Our coaches will guide you through proper form and execution, ensuring you develop a solid foundation for your fitness journey.
- Mobility and Conditioning: In addition to lifting weights, we will help you improve your range of motion through mobility movements and boost your endurance and cardiovascular fitness with dynamic conditioning workouts.
- Understanding Women’s Health: We will target muscle groups such as your glutes, upper back, arms, and core to help you sculpt a lean and strong physique. We’ll also incorporate exercises to strengthen your pelvic floor muscles and help prevent incontinence and other pelvic floor problems. Additionally, as part of our community, you will have access to workshops and learning opportunities about Women’s Health, and you’ll learn how to train around the menstrual cycle, nutritional strategies for fat loss and building muscle, women’s hormones, pre- and post-natal fitness, etc.
- Addressing Myths & Misconceptions: We will dispel myths and misconceptions about lifting weights and help you understand how to build strength and confidence through weight training.
- Benefits of Strength Training: Strength training helps to increase bone density, reducing the risk of osteoporosis in your later years. Building muscle mass also helps boost metabolism, aiding in weight management and fat loss. Regular strength training also encourages better sleep quality and releases endorphins, which improve mood and reduce stress.
- Guidance & Encouragement: Receive tailored guidance and support based on your individual needs and goals. Our coaches are dedicated to helping you progress at your own pace, celebrating every milestone along the way.
- Community: Join a like-minded group of women who are also seeking to start their health and fitness journeys. Forge new friendships, motivate one another, and create lasting connections in a supportive and safe environment.

Testimonials From Past Clients
Not only have I’ve joined “She Is Strong” program myself for 4 cycles, I’ve also enrolled my two daughters, both in their twenties as an investment in our lifelong muscle health together.
“To me, being strong means enjoying the activities I love with ease and confidence, free from weakness or injury worries, as God wills. It also means delaying sarcopenia and osteopenia so I can stay independent and purposeful as I age. I wish I had known earlier that we start losing muscles from the age of 30. This twice-weekly, progressive strength training program not only perfectly aligns with current sarcopenia prevention guidelines, it’s a supportive community that helps us to stay committed to building muscles for life.”
Boon Suan Tan
The structured “She Is Strong” program taught me that strength is both physical and mental.
“Training at LEVEL transformed my gym goals into reality. Thanks to Krystle and Erin’s encouragement, I’ve gained the confidence and technique to lift heavy, proving my capabilities far exceed my initial expectations.”
Charmaine Chia
A year of training with Krystle’s SIS, I reconnected with my body.
“People don’t feel fat – they just don’t feel good in their bodies. And that was me. It’s now less about shrinking the waistline and more about showing up for me, and discovering my strength, inside and out.”
Andrina Loo
I am really thankful to be part of this supportive community! 😊😊
“The programme designed by Coach Krystle and sessions jointly led by her and Coach Erin have given me confidence in my abilities to attempt and carry out the different exercises that is planned for me and my batch mates. Coach Krystle knows where I’m at strength-wise, provides specific feedback that helps me to improve my execution of the exercises and appropriately challenges me to lift heavier or do better. Not to forget, she is extremely encouraging and though strict, she is always kind and open to hearing from all of us. My experience at Level has allowed me to feel comfortable in using the different equipments and to carry them out at home or even in other gyms (during the breaks between the current to next run of the programme).”

I would recommend this programme! It’s relatively cheap as compared to most programmes for a first timer and there are so many benefits to having a community!”
“One thing I’ve benefited from this programme is weight loss for sure! I’m happy that my weight is maintained in a happy zone and that I feel good even though I’m eating fried food! Mental health is a lot better because I’m always happier after the classes, can sleep better, and have the energy to do my next set of activities. Additionally, I’m also happy that I have a coach who helps to correct my form and ensure that I’m doing it correctly, WITHOUT injuring myself.
I think Krystle’s a bubbly and outgoing coach, and it’s important that we have coaches like this for first timers because there’s a sense of ‘am I doing this right?’ Having such a coach helps to transition this phase and foster relations within this community, knowing that I can ask any questions without getting judged at all.”
Samantha Lim
Training at Level taught me to prioritise my health.
“Strength training is more than about building muscles but also having fortitude, consistency, and the pluck to push yourself a little further—attitudes that extend well beyond the gym. And on a practical note, lifting everyday objects is easier too!”
Clarissa Chikiamco
I never thought strength training was for me. But LEVEL showed me anyone can and no one is too out of shape to start.
“Erin, Krystle, and Shannon’s beginner-friendly coaching and focus on good form gave me the confidence to progress each week. Now, I’ve found the motivation to keep challenging my body and mind!”
