She Is Strong is an empowering and supportive women’s only strength training programme that will help you achieve your fitness goals while addressing your unique female-specific concerns.

Here’s what you can expect:

  • Focus on women’s specific muscle groups: We will target the glutes, arms, and abs to help you sculpt a lean, toned physique. We’ll also incorporate exercises to strengthen your pelvic floor muscles and help prevent incontinence and other pelvic floor problems.
  • Address fears about bulking and build body confidence and a positive body image: We will dispel myths and misconceptions about strength training and help you understand how to build strength without bulking up.
  • Optimise training around female hormones: We’ll teach you how to train around your menstrual cycle or menopause for optimal results.
  • Learn about diet / nutrition: We’ll help you create a balanced and nutritious diet that supports your strength training goals.
  • Feel empowered in the gym: Our women-only environment will help you feel comfortable and supported while you work out.
  • Build consistency: We’ll help you develop the habits and mindset you need to stick with your fitness routine.
  • Join a WhatsApp group for community support: You’ll have access to a private WhatsApp group where you can connect with a community of women on the same journey as you – a closed supportive group where you can ask questions, and share your progress.
  • Get personalised feedback: You’ll receive personalised feedback from our Women’s Health specialist personal trainers to help you maximise your results.


The program will run twice a week from 27 May 2024 for a period of 8 weeks. We are only taking in 8-12 women for this programme so sign up quickly as slots are limited!
